Committee: Also known as "teams". These important volunteers are the corner stone to a successful HOA.

Maintenance Committee

The committee shall make recommendations for improvements and be responsible for the care and maintenance of picnic tables, benches, swim ladders, sprinkler systems, and other Association property. You do NOT need to swing a hammer or complete the maintenance yourself.

Events Committee

Like to plan parties? Want to meet your neighbors? this is the committee for you! This committee shall be responsible for all matters relating to entertainment and social functions for the members of the Association.

By-Laws Committee

The committee shall review the by-laws and make recommendations to add, edit or update the current HOA by-laws. the committee will make recommendations, submit documentation and a clear reason for the changes. The neighborhood will vote on the updates.

Regulations and Neighborhood Watch

The committee will act on written complaints and suggestions of the members relating to the use of the Association’s facilities and will suggest enhanced rules for the neighbors and company of neighbors.
