Meet the Current Eagle Pointe Board
The Eagle Pointe Homeowners Association doesn't work without the tireless hours and dedication of the Board of Directors. This volunteer boards term started January 1, 2024. This board will remain in place for a minimum of three years.
Paula Gervasi
President
Paula has served as Eagle Pointe (EP) Vice President and Secretary. She has been on the EP Board since 2018. In addition, she currently serves on the EP Events Volunteer Committee and has served as Co-Chair of the Centennial committee. Resident of Eagle Pointe for over 35 years and many of you know her brother Mark and dog Sally. Paula's recent projects during the pandemic include placement of essential workers yard signs in EP to honor their hard work and setting up a donation drive for meals for exhausted nursing home workers across the street.
April Bourlier
Treasurer
April retired from Comerica 2023 after 20 years, her most recent position being Vice President. While there she held many positions with the retail bank including running a branch to Learning and Development. She is proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and website development. She has board experience and served on her previous neighborhoods HOA as secretary. EP resident for 3 years. Married to Brian, pet mom to Rosie and Junie.
Anne-Marie Poltorak
Vice President
Anne-Marie has served on multiple boards for 20+ years holding multiple positions. In her professional career she has held positions of Public Relations Manager, Event Planner, Executive Administrative Assistant, Music Education Teacher, and Choir Conductor. Resident of Eagle Pointe for 4 years. Married to Andrew and many of you know Nina their boxer. Organizes the EP Events Volunteer Committee established for the purpose of revitalizing neighborhood events and Chaired the EP Centennial Committee including historical plaque coordination.

Jeremy Poplawski
Trustee
Jeremy is currently serving his 9th year as Trustee for the EP Board. Eagle Pointe resident for 31 years. Married to Olga. Currently in his 20th year of service as a board member for the Marriott Resort board in Fort Lauderdale, Florida whose annual budget is $25M. Also, current Chairman of the Eagle Pointe neighborhood watch committee.
